Our Story
Silverforce Human Resources was established in Dartford with a clear vision: to raise the standard of home care in Kent and the surrounding areas. We saw too many families struggling to find reliable, compassionate care for their loved ones — and we knew we could do better.
From our base at Unit 5, Spital Street, Dartford, we have built a team of dedicated care professionals who share our values and our commitment to excellence. Every carer we employ is rigorously vetted, fully trained, and supported to deliver the very best care.
Today, we are proud to be a CQC-registered provider serving families across Dartford, Gravesend, Swanley, and the wider Kent area. Our reputation is built on trust, and we work hard every day to earn and keep it.
